Quantity Surveyor for disputes

Hi all

I'm having some disputes with my current contractor, in terms of keep delaying renovation works, quality of works not up to par, keep ignoring the defects that I've pointed to him. Our case has brought up to Consumer Tribunal but we're advised to engage an expert to do the valuation on works done by the contractor. The valuation will serve as a basis for me to claim back $ from the contractor ($ paid). Need you guys help to recommend QS to me, really fed up with this guy and don't want waste time anymore.

Thanks.

Upgrading PC

Currently I'm using pretty old PC running on mainboard MSI KT7 Pro Ver: 1. Thinking to upgrade the PC: Mainboard,RAM,CPU & etc, but due to budget constraint, I would like to use back my existing casing. Wondering whether any problem to tighten/screw the new mainboard to my existing casing?
