Quality of food in Ramadan Bazaar

I was wondering how do those that prepare the food in Ramadan bazaar can ensure the quality when they themselves, the seller, cannot try out their own food.

For example, chefs in restaurant usually take a small spoon to try out the taste before deciding whether to add more salt or sugar etc in the food they're preparing.

So how to ensure food quality like this?

The problem is i did not request that nor have i used TnG that morning.

Called the number given 03-50223888 and they said its strange, and somebody may have requested it.

So my question is, can somebody do that remotely without my phone?

I had my dinner in KLCC just few hours ago.

Ordered food and deserts for the whole family. When its time to pay, checked the bill and found 3 items extra, a soya cincau RM5.90 and 2 glasses of water at RM1 each.

This is not the first time i've encountered this. Imagine if 20 customers pay their bill per day without checking, that's like RM160 profit for the restaurant.

Most of the time when ppl fight for paying the bill that time, they wouldn't check one, and the restaurant just got of scot-free.
