what to do when my parcel is being held in custom?

Hello,
bought something from Taobao, and it has been held as "Customs Processing" in Malaysia for 1 week already with no update.
My parcel is pretty bulky.. containing pet's pampers (x4) and cage cleaning detergent ( prohibit? )

Anyway, is there any suggestion what can i do? who should i contact?
If there is anything, i suppose i should be notified (by how?) already, so i worry if i just wait, would it vanish without a trace?
The only thing i have is the tracking number. --> click>> tracking?

Hello, everyone. im going to back to Malaysia for 2 months in this coming july.
and i need internet on the go with my handphone.however i don't want to have engagement( postpaid), so is there any recommendation for prepaid plan?
i would prefer celcom, as i was told that thier network is more stable and well covered.
however, i couldn't find the speed offered in most of the prepaid sections. are they 3G? or Hspa, or Hspa+, i mean they share the same speed as their postpaid brothers

just upgraded to unifi 5mbps.
test speed says 5mbps upload around 4mbps ping 39sec
seems fine.
however surfing net is damn laggy.
pages like facebook takes forever to finish loading. seems stuck in the midway.
plus , pictures load slow/never.

however. download speed and youtube streaming is fast. matching what a 5mbps speed does.

so is it normal??
anyone faces/ faced this problem? any suggestion to solve it?

PLEASE read and give me some advices.
First of all, im a student.
i cant access to internet from my hostel.
so , at 2/october/2009, i subcribed to Maxis broadband from a maxis reseller store in my school.
that package i chose was RM48 per month, which is the cheapest.
that promoter told me, what i need to do is pay RM100 for the registration fees, and just pay rm48 each month.
i supposed that is Advanced Lite Youth(he dint tell me the name of package, i guess it ), which is also rm 48 per month.
*i also paid RM 250 for the modem ( not in package)

and that's MORE, he said, for the first two months, i DONT have to PAY anything.
and yea, no contract.
so it sounds like a great deal right?

pay RM100= registeration fees
free RM 96 = free 2 months

so this it is 100-96=RM4 for first 2 months *not mentioning the modem*
and i can cancel after 2 months without the need to pay anything thing, juz cancel like that!

OKAY, everything is alright, the speed was ok for me.

BUT, Just now ( juz after approx 28 days), i saw the invoice in my Maxis BB account ( website), it says i need to pay rm78 ringgit.
was confused, and the telephone number in the invoice is NOT my number too!

then i foned maxis service, and that guy over there told me i subscribed ADVANCED LITE ( not youth) which cause Rm68.
WTF??

so what now?
1.not rm48 plan but rm68 plan
2.no free 2 months and instead rm78 for the FIRST month (although it says its a rm68 plan)
3.not my telefone number in invoice
4.AND I STARTED TO USE AT2 /OCT/2009 BUT THE BILL WROTE : billing period 28/9/2009 -27/10/2009

i sent message to the saleman, but he dint reply ( mayb sleeping, midnite now), i dont even know where is the office, i mean where does he come from?

anyone faced this type of problem before?
please tell me what to do?
i told my dad it was RM48 per month deal, but now.. how?
what is the rm78 for??
who should i complain to? and how?
if i cancel now, i really dun hav to pay anything?? *stupidly trusted that guy, suspecting now*

Monash or Nottingham for Engineering?

which University is better for Engineering course? Monash or Nottingham or even MMU?
im currently studying UNSW(U of new south wales) foundation year and planing to quit it if Nottingham is my final option. or else. i will continue study and further my studies to Monash.
what about MMU? is it good? pros and cons compare to both above ?

hi, my SPM results will be coming out this Thursday.
im seriously interested in study Mechatronic.
Anyone here studies Mechatronic?
any suggestion where is a great place to study Mechatronic?
which place offers degree mechatronic?

furthermore, which is better?
pre-u > degree of mechatronic or
diploma of engineering > year 2 of degree of mechatronic
or is that any foundation?

p/s: i dun really wanna waste my time (is it?) on pre-u like a level or SAM.

please suggest a pathway for me if possible
