Pc shut off by itself after 6min stress

this is my spec -> mobo G41M-Combo,intel Core 2 Duo e6300 with stock cooler,4GB DDR3 1333 kingston ram,Ati 4670,Enermax Tomahawk 500W,80 GB Maxtor hdd,160 Seagate hdd. my temp for the C2D e6300 idle 50 celcius, full load reach 68~70 celcius. stress only 5min then the pc shut off by itself..FYI the mobo and the ram is NEW.the proc C2D e6300 i bought it 2nd hand.

im didnt OC this pc...before these im test the mobo with P4 3.0/533fsb with 2GB DDR2 533...the pc shut off for no reason around 5min i thought the proc has a problem so i change it with C2D e6300 but the result is still the same...Please Help me forumer.

software im using for stress : Prime 95 with open hardware monitor..cant screen capture...becoz the pc shut off by itself

HDD 2 Tera Problem

My problem is :-

1 . suddenly one of my partition of this hdd become RAW data...is it possible to recover it? has a lot of jdrama collection in that partition huhu...want to try recover it but dont know how....

2. This Hdd when i plug in to my 2nd rig,it cannot be detect,it say has an error cannot be detect..is it because not enough power? the strange thing is when im plug it back to my 1st rig the hdd can be detect but has 1 partition has become RAW....btw before this my windows detect that this hdd has a lot of bad sector but manage to repair it after full scandisk..specially at the partition that has become RAW..

my 1st rig is->intel Q9550,mobo G41M-combo,ati hd6850,2gbx2 Adata Gaming ram,psu : silverStone 560Watt, 320Gb Wd black,1Tera Seagate hdd,windows 7 ultimate 64bit
