[wta] Samsung HDD claim and traceability

Hi guys,

FYI, seagate has overall take over the right on samsung HDD division. Correct me if i'm wrong.

According to the advise through forum, i has been fill the RMA and sent the faulty HDD through UPS malaysia to seagate company.

However, once i sent the Hard disc to, the warranty status for the model sent couldn't be check through the seagate website:
http://support.seagate.com/customer/en-US/..._validation.jsp

hence, please advise the method to trace the hard disc sent for warranty and the status.

Currently my company are setting up new production line.

Hence, there are new expanding area which required either laminate floor, PU floor or epoxy floor.

Any contractor who interesting in conducting these job and duty, kindly propose to me.

SHAH ALAM area.

And these floor must be suitable for food production.
