Tune O Matic Bridge Problem

Hi,

Good day.
I just purchase a Epiphone SG guitar.
Everything are fine but i found the action a bit high at lower fret,
so i decide to lower down the tune o matic bridge.
The problem is, i have run out of adjustment, but the action still a bit high for me.
It's not unplayable, but i just wonder,
can anyone kind enough to advise me, whether this is normal,
and method to lower down the bridge.
