Using Pre-Workout Supplements

Hi Sifus,

I kindda browsed thru some of the threads but I couldn't find anything pertaining to the topic below.

How should I use Pre-Workout supplements?

I'm currently taking Whey Protein + Creatine. Whey in the morning. Creatine after workout , Whey again after.

Let's say if I incorporate pre-workout; Can I do this?

1. Whey (morning)
2. Pre-Workout supplement (Evening before gym)
3. Creatine (after workout)
4. Whey (A little while after Creatine)

I hope someone can help shed some light on this.

Common Issues Found in HPs, Standard and Smart

I'd like to get your feedback on the most common user related issues/problems faced as a Handphone owner. Be it a standard phone or Smartphone.

I'm currently working on an initiative to help improve the quality of our handphones and your feedback would be an invaluable source of information.

TYPE: Smartphone

Issue: Contacts synchronization (linking/joining) between google and facebook still requires manual intervention. Would prefer an automatic or seamless synchronization like HTC's Sense "People" application.

TYPE: Standard Phone
Model: Nokia Classic 3310
Firmware Version:

Issue: No support for concatenated SMS-es. Would prefer a system where the SMS-es are joined seamlessly without user intervention.

P.S. You can also include your grouses for the new Tablets.. (Flyer, Playbook, Galaxy Tab, Xoom, etc...)

Proton Inspira 2.0P vs Ford Fiesta 1.6 Sport

Dear All,

Firstly, I'm well aware that both of these cars are of different segments. Inspira © , Fiesta (B)

And the issue of space is also not really a priority because most of the time I'd be driving with only 1 passenger in front.

Why I'm comparing these two models is due to its cost, the Fiesta is around RM83K and Inspira RM92K.

I'd admit, the features, the interior and driving experience in the Fiesta is excellent. But I can't help to think that, for another RM9K, I can get:

- A bigger engine
- A bigger car
- Paddle shifts
- Leather seats
- Proton has a lower interest rate now. 2.33 vs 2.7-2.8 for Ford

I've compared both interiors, both are plasticky and I think I can live without the Bluetooth + Voice control.

The main reason which deters me from the Fiesta is that its aftersales is comparable to Proton (or maybe worse). What I have are testimonials from ex-Ford owners, not Fiestas in particular but their experience with SDAC was not good. At least for Proton, I know of several decent mechanics who can provide good service.

My expectation is that when I pay for FORD (a continental), I expect the same level of service and QC but from what I've read the Rayong plant is riddled with inconsistencies and the after-sales service of SDAC is not what you'd expect from a continental brand.

I'll have to admit, if we only consider the car itself, FORD Fiesta is a great car.....but we live in Malaysia and as you all know, for a car to function adequately, you'll need to maintain it. And in Malaysia we only have PROTON and SDAC, should I take the leap and get a FORD or should I pay that extra and continue with PROTON?

Hi,

I'd like to find out which phone has better speakers(without earphones) for music playback.

Better as in:

- Max volume without distortion
- Just specifically for music playback
- Equalizer effects, MEGABASS, etc doesnt matter.
- Sound quality in terms of clarity.
- Just the external speaker performance, without using earphones

[I actually have the K800 in mind,but I would really love a nice speaker so that I can share my music with others]

I'd appreciate it if you guys could give me your opinions, especially those who've had experience with either or both phones.

Routerless QoS Control

I hope someone can help me out with this. I've attached the proposed network layout below.

There is no router but I would like to set some QoS rules so that heavy Bittorrent usage will not bother my browsing and Warcrafting needs .

Is there a software which enables "PC1" to set this rules?
