            <title>Solar Heater can revert back to instant heater?</title>

            <description>I have recently bought a subsale which is still under SPA process.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The house is 17 years old I believed and there was a solar heater installed on the roof. I know there will be some re-piping done when installing solar heater.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The question is, is that easy if I wanna revert back using instant heater?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Do i need to redo all the piping system?</description>

            <title>Buy a prop where 1 of the owner has deceased</title>

            <description>Need some advice of the duration and process of buying a house that 1 of the owner has deceased. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Current status:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- 2 owners (divorced, 1 of the owner has deceased 2 years ago)&lt;br /&gt;- Letter of administratives obtained, all administratives and owner agreed to sell off the house&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Question:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. As I know it need to obtain court order for selling then only can enter SPA stage, may I know how long it required for this stage?&lt;br /&gt;2. Is there any risk for me to buy this property?&lt;br /&gt;3. What else I need to be aware and alert before and after entering SPA?</description>

            <description>Seeking advise on which area best to stay if working in Subang?&lt;br /&gt;DINK couple, wanna buy subsale G&amp;amp;G  landed house with budget around 800k, less than 20 years house.&lt;br /&gt;Prefer to have chinese food around and non flood area.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Have been survey township around like Alam Impian, Setia Alam and Kota Kemuning.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As I know the travel time using KESAS from Kota Kemuning/Alam Impian will be around 45 mins during peak hours. &lt;br /&gt;Not sure about Setia Alam/Bukit Raja&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Any other suggestions?</description>

            <description>Hi, just want to have some advice here&lt;br /&gt;We are planning to get a house for marriage&lt;br /&gt;I am working in Cyberjaya (maybe for a quite long period for years) while he is working in Sunway for more than 5 years already&lt;br /&gt;We are looking to buy a house for own stay&lt;br /&gt;Which will be the best location?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Budget: &amp;lt;400k&lt;br /&gt;Non Bumi Lot&lt;br /&gt;prefer with security guard and at least one dedicated car park&lt;br /&gt;Less foreigners&lt;br /&gt;Secure and Safety&lt;br /&gt;no serious traffic jam (like stand still for more than half an hour during peak hour)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Puchong is kinda expensive for area without foreigners; those cheaper will be full with foreigners&lt;br /&gt;Seri Kembangan I am not familiar with this area, house price is acceptable but heard ppl said massive jam due to one 1 way to in/out Cyberjaya &amp;amp; PJ&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Any other suggestion?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;</description>
