How to setup storm2 celcom to browse internet?

i was using digi number.
and i bought bb storm 2 at celcom, transfer my number from dg to celcom, and the sales said need few days to make the transfer.
so when i just get my storm2, i still using digi line, APN there i fill "diginet", online, download, no problem, but can not sign in MSN, can not watch youtube stream, can not use push function(no bis service).

today my phone got no network signal, and got sms says i've been transfered to celcom, please insert the new sim card.

after do so, storm2 starts to dl things, and show bis actived, bb registered, and few other actived....sms "welcome to celcom, right choice, bla bla"

the network shows "3g(with bb logo)"
and i tried to browse web, no problem. youtube working fine, msn signed in, email working. seems perfect.
and few hours later, i feel youtube is not stable, sometimes the line just like disconnected, and resume after few mins.
then i go to option->advance->tcp/ip, APN is still diginet.
i tried to disable APN, APN set to "celcom", and set back to "diginet"
all not working for web browser......
and the network is edge.

turn off the device, and pull out battery and restart.
the net work shows "gprs" now.
no more "3g(bb logo)"

how do i make it work for online?

the new work now shows "GPRS", not "gprs"
I just found that its different with big letter and small letter.
big letter means got bis.

i search the network manually,
the result is:
CELCOM 2G
MIXIS 2G
DIGI 3G

why its 2g for my celcom......

what kind of business lisence do i need?

i want to open a food kiosk, in shopping mall, walkin and take away food and snacks, size like mcdonals ice cream kiosk,
have a small machine to make prepare the foods, but no kitchen, no running water

what kind of business lisence do i need to apply?
about how much a year? need what documents to apply?
