Historical transaction price

We can get out of date and incomplete past transaction prices of properties at jpph.info but don't you guys think that it would be best if we can have some sort of website that tells us the accurate data?

Or do you guys think think that past transaction prices are of no value and the more important benchmark is what the sellers are throwing in the market currently and you try to nego a bit lower?

How much influence does the past transaction price holds in setting future prices?

Officially graduate

I'm currently doing my internship(practicum) for Bachelor of Business Administration in UUM. I have 2 months ++ left in my practicum and after that I just have to submit my report and I'm done with my studies.

I was wondering when only I'm considered officially graduate from the uni and get the official letter of graduate + all my transcripts? I don't think it should be after the convo(which is in october next year) right?

And I plan to do my MBA in UPM, so can I use my current results to apply? Or do I have to wait until I officially graduate?

Any UUM or UPM GSM-MBA students/graduates here that can enlighten me?

Thank you.

I prefer Panoxyl over Oxy anytime. I used to get it at Guardian stores, nowadays I've been to a lot(and I really mean A LOT) of guardian stores and they don't seem to stock it anymore.

Anyone using it and know where to get it?

Manual exporting/importing opera feeds list.

I have a windows vista ultimate installed with Opera 9.6.x as the main browser. Somehow my windows got corrupted and I couldn't go in the windows, so I installed windows xp in my other partition, hoping to salvage any data before formatting my main drive. The problem is I don't know how to transfer the opera feeds list. If I could go in my windows, the easiest way is to just go to "file>import & export>export feed list" but now I can't do that. Any solutions??? I was hoping not do re-add all the feeds one by one again because I couldn't even remember the address of some sites.

Can anyone help me please? Thanks. And I would like to transfer it from Vista to Xp.

Which CMS should i use?

I'm planning to built an online community website with my friends that focuses on gaming in my uni.
The website would be a portal, with features like a social networking site, scheduling(the users can schedule when and where they wanna play the game), results, news, uploading and downloading replays from previous games, etc

something like a cross between a social networking website and a professional gaming website...

so can a cms do the trick? and which cms should i use?

I plan to use drupal but it is very hard to use and I couldn't find any modules that would allow me to do the scheduling part(where teams could state when they're free, and book time slots of the free time of other teams for a match etc) but it's community and user management function are a lot better than joomla.

while joomla, well... is easier to use and has a lot of nicer themes... but its downside is the user management part, i would like to set a lot of different roles for different users(some could upload replays, book slots, while some could only just download replays, etc), which i think couldn't be done in joomla...

so what are your opinions on this?
