hi to all forumer,
i got a question to ask, I already paid up the CP500 anggaran cukai, do i still have to submit e-filling borang B for 2015 taksiran or just submit the CP502 for the differences to the anggaran cukai? please help
this is my 2nd time paying tax, i am a sole proprietor, i thought only 1st timer need to do e-filling borang B, and the rest of the year LHDN will send you CP500 anggaran cukai every year and if your business is better than the estimation you need only use CP502 to declare your extra profit.
So, do i still need do E-filling borang B? or submit the CP502 form is enough, no need to E-filling borang B again?

Is this loan agreement price reasonable?

Is the price quoted is reasonable? Can i ask for any more discount? They just prepare the document without notifying me the cost of this loan agreement, but the invoice already issued, can i still adjust the price for discount? Or i'm too late since they printed the invoice already.. Its a 375k loan... And also what is musharakah mutanaqisah master agreement? It cost me RM3,080.. But i took islamic loan for extra 20% discount on stamp duty.

ALSO "entry of private caveat" i've been charged twice.. shouldn't be only charge 1 time only? if u see the top and bottom 2 times of entry of private caveat

hi all sifu here, i need your help again, i have signed S&P (i do double transfer because owner title not yet change to individual title from master tittle) and the process for loan release must be done within 3+1month right? but this owner not yet completely change her title into individual title yet, and should the bank release to settle the owner outstanding even before the title was able to change? it's quite some risk over there if the owner fail to change the title and the loan already started then i have to pay the installment while the house title still cannot be change.. pls HELP

Hi, all sifu, please help, i have paid deposit of 2% of the property value RM420k, however this morning i just went to lawyer firm to do my SPA along with the seller, we share same lawyer, to save cost, the lawyer said there's a problem which may delay this deal, because the property owner still not yet completely transfer her ownership tittle from the developer, which has already been 10 year, but the lawyer insist that we can still do SPA while waiting (double-transfer quicker way) for the tittle to completely transfer into this owner which may took about 5 months at least... so i just listen to what the lawyer said, and asked to prepare the S&P agreement... please help if my decision was right? or should i wait for the complete transfer of ownership before i do my S&P, but i like this particular property so much and was not hope to lose this deal.

hi to all lowyat forumer, i wanna ask if i can sign S&P 1st before loan approval, actually i got bank approved my loan, but the interest was high (4.95%) so i am waiting other bank to approve, while the property owner rush me to sign S&P 1st because she is going back kedah and will not free.. my question is can i request lawyer for S&P before i choose my loan? pls help

Fixed Deposit interest vs Mortgage interest

haha, hi all, to all expertise here, i got a question to ask, i got a full flexi mortgage loan of RM375k @ 4.4% interest rate, and let's say i got fixed deposit of RM375k @ 4.4% interest too.. problem is should i move my FD money into my full flexi loan to offset the principal but still i have repayment on loan (RM375,000 / 35year / 12month ) = RM892.85(monthly interest free) BUT IF I KEEP MY FD RM375k x 4.4% interest earn RM1,375 per month, while my 4.4% mortgage repayment of 35 years is RM1,752 per month, mean i pay only RM377 per month after deduct with the FD interest.

the differences : put FD money in flexi still have to pay RM892.85 monthly interest free
keep the earned FD interest to deduct mortgage repayment only need pay RM377 monthly

Car Accident Insurance Compensation, Help

Hi all lowyat forumer, my car was involved in an accident, which i hit road divider, lower arm broken, tires broken, disc brake broken, it was my own fault for being carelessness, so i claim my own insurance, the problem is after the adjuster came to inspected my car, the insurance company decided they will not pay in full compensation, which i have to fork up my own money into repair, I asked for the reason why because the damage wasn't as costly, they told me it is because my car market value is higher than the value I choose to be insured. anyone have experience such scenario? i mean the damage is not more than RM1,000, i thought it would be small problem.

2013 mustang received minor facelift, and also the shelby gt500 has now increased it horses to 650BHP, I REPEAT 650BHP!!!
GT500 ($54,200) is also twice cheaper than ZR1's tag also 12bhp more than ZR1 and 40% cheaper than GTR,extra 100bhp more than GTR.. in near future, we shall see it becoming most common supercar in the state. don you wish you were born to be american.. even convert malaysia ringgit it's only RM160,000 for 650bhp monster..it's like almost on par horses with lp670-4 that cost multi million. SO CHEAP!! even the lowest spec mustang only cost 22,000 dollar that's like RM66,000+ and they have thrice high salary than us..to them is like buying a piece of cake. no doubt the shelby GT500 is the cheapest ever supercar!!

AS PER TOPIC... my cpu usage fully loaded 100% non stop.. whenever only i switch on the internet.. if i unplug the internet LAN cable the cpu usage seems to be just fine at 5% to 15% or mayb more but not at 100%... and it causing my processor to be in high temperature whenever i on my internet.. around 65 degree!! DAMN pleaseeee help.. im so worry now!!

NOTE: there's nothing to do with the Task manager's process they are all running just fine and low.. i've tried disabled all the services and minimise the unnessaries program from running as much as possible. but still whenever i on my internet the cpu usage stay 100% only if i close the internet it gets normal.. HOW?!! T_T
