16 sierra only UNIFI, NO FIX line!

Dear all owner of 16 sierra,

Please note 16 sierra wont be have Telephone fix line available and only have UNIFI provided for your all compound!!!

So is mean that, even u want broadband or not, or only want fix line..u also need to pay RM 149.00 per months for getting to call out!! if no electril supplier, the UNIFI telephone is wont working!!!

Hi, any home owner here can share abit information of how much it cost to build a fish pond.The size will be exactly 13 X 4.5 feet.Really wants to have it but affraid it might be too over budget! pls help!

Looking the terrace house at puchong but nowaday very expensive till cant commit jus view the unit Ametis Terrace at Puchong, location wise ok but not 100% good because the location still have the time to develop..Taylor internation secondary school will opening by 2011, dunno the place will become more foreigner or not any advise?bad o good also can..thx
