can you suggest me which apparment/condo/flat that is cheap range 100k-200k...

easy to rent out. at least i can get 200-300ringgit roi everymonth.

im about to sign the snp. the loa is already signed between me and the vendor. so the snp is ready but the bank is not approved the loan yet. now the vendor's agent is pushing me to sign the snp eventhough the bank loan is approved yet because she said snp got expiry date.. can someone advise me on this?

hi all...

im having a problem here..

i bough a cheap unbrand china brand hdmi to connect my tv as per attached to my pc...

my pc specs is i5 750 and gpu is gigabyte gts 450...

unfortunately my graphic card doesnt have hdmi output.. so im using hdmi-dvi cable since my TV doesnt have dvi-support...

my problem is, my windows screen resolution cannot fit to 1920X1080... if i scale to that resolution, the display will look 'over-stretched'. the best screen resolution for now is 1366X768...

my question..

1. is it happen due to my cheap china hdmi cable so i cant stretched the resolution up to 1920X1080?

2.should i get slighly expensive cable?

3. i've used this card with my previous monitor ACER H233H and full hd resolution[1920Z1080] works fine..

please assist me...

i want to shift to sandy bridge soon.

been reading for a while here and there.

my question is, i've heard that h67 mobo won't allow overclocking for k-series. is that true?

2nd question, all sandy series got intergrated graphic right? if lets say i use i5 2500k without using gpu, can the intergrated graphic itself play hd movie and play pes 2011 at hd resolution?

3rd question is referring to my 1st question, which budget mobo should i go for mint overclocking ?
