[Beware] New Method of Scam in mudah?

I was selling my phone on Mudah which received a call by a women call Izar (some short of that) and stated that she is interested in buying my phone.
After that she stated that she will send her "friend" to collect the phone at the agree location. Besides that, she also tell me not to tell her friend about the price of the phone that i'm selling. Which i felt fishy already.

While I reach to the location, i contact the so called Izar, and said her friend is there.
Then the "friend" ask me that i know the Izar or not, and he stated didn't know the Izar at all. (the friend turn out is a buyer) He stated that he is buying the same phone I'm selling and communicated with Izar that after examine the phone then bank into her account. Then both of us felt some fishy fishy thing going through, why don't direct give money to me but need to bank into her account and transfer to me.

The buyer direct call the Izar number and stated that what going on and the scammer turn off the phone. I try to call her also won't pick up
Both of the buyer and me are lucky enough not to scam by her. If not sure got some fight going on
the buyer also stated that, there are few similar case like this in social media (but I'm not aware of this)

So becareful not to rely on 3rd party people to do the job even cod. (except u know the person very well)
Also baware of this number if this person call u that she want to buy your product
