Hi I am currently conducting a graduation project for my final year in degree major (Finance)

Title : Determinate of residential property rental rate

Area : Petaling jaya , Bangsar and KLCC area as well as sub urban such as Bandar Sri Damansara , Setia City and etc

I am looking for the historical data for the residential property rental rate from 2008 to 2012 and having trouble in getting the certain sub urban area's property unit rental rate and most of the data are not complete

I wonder any sifu here has any idea where to get all those reliable rental rate list within that 5 years

PS: only rental price for the property unit needed

HI I just go my lenovo z400t with pre installed window 8
not sure is window 8 pro or normal version ...

as it dont support most of the software I use (Chartnexus , 188osk and etc etc )~ I wanted to have a dual boot window

but window 7 couldnt install on GPT disk even thou i created an extra partition for it ~

stuck at custom install ( disk0 partition3 could not be installed )

any link or help out there ?

PS ~ already disable secure boot and using legacy boot instead of UEFI

RECYCLE LORRY where to find one

I recently moved into one new house around BU area ~
the problem is the house is full with rubbish ~
yet it is some valuable rubbish you could easier find 3 to 4 printer on the follow and a few mattress
which accumulated by the previous tenant ~
therefore I am thinking to send/ sell all this thing off and since there are ton of them
I need those recycle lorry to send it off ~

any one here have contact or way of solve this problem ??

and there is another problem is the water pressure level on the 2nd floor is way too low ~~ anyway to solve this thing as well ??

Power adapter problem (ASUS)

just a moment ago
my laptop couldnt receive the electric circuit from my power adapter

when I press the start button ~ the adapter light will somehow switch off ( no more yellow colour light)
i tried a few time only manage to open it

PS: was trying to use the power supply at oldtown
wonder is my laptop problem or old town power supply problem ~ ( i tried a few power supply in oldtown same problem happen )

My laptop battery also died liao couldnt last more than 5min ~ ( any idea how to deal wit it ? )

sometime while using laptop there will have a moment of lagging ( only for few second )

another sleepless night for me so decided I gotta seek advice

long story short
I broke up with my GF for 2month liao . she my first love and we been together for almost 3 years liao ... requested for a break up 2month before our real break up as I always tot that as long as I love her there is no such thing as not suit each other till I then realize relationship is not something that work by only a side

I love her when we broke up .. but loving her hurt me even more ..... so I decided to give up that since she not dont wan to continue this relationship liao .... but we still be friend after that cause both of us having the same group of friend and she is a very nice girl for me

I thought I get over it liao as i dun feel extremely sad as how I felt when she wanted to broke up but somehow I dont feel happy
I felt a little bit emo most of the night ( when I m free and not tired ) . my buddy help me throw away those of her picture liao but .... there is something more that I dont even sure what it is

She is flying off tml to oversea for study and I gonna send her off .... and this few day I felt something more than emo , I dunnoe is lonely or empty

I dont want to get back into the relations as I know it not gonna work out but I wanted to get carry on with my life
my heart just dont let me do so

need advice ~~~~ this sleepless night and those feeling is killing me ~~

I always feel tired around 10pm to 11pm
but after 12am or 1am I would feel very energetic

I tried to sleep around 10pm or 11pm before but I would wake up during mid night cause slp too early liao like around 3am or 4am
