Sups guys,

Need you guys help me on the survey below for us to validate our startups idea. Basically what we do it is to build an advertising/branding platform to help business owner/ event company to simplify their marketing campaign, where rely on End user's social media channel to promote their product. End User will able to choose which product they are interested and redeem the product.

My target audience is Teenagers between 15-30 lives in kl and uses their smart phone daily and often uses Social media.

Illegal company?

Is there any website/platform to check whether the company is legit or doing legal stuff?

Saw a startup company hiring someone but they give 0 benefit and pay salary by cash. So I'm wondering what if after i sign the offer letter and start working then only find out the company is doing illegal stuff and get caught? Is there any law to protect us?

I saw the information from MITI, after researching there is another website called mm2h. So which 1 should i follow?

1. staying in uk not less than 1 year
2. car have to be in uk min 9months
3. car need to have insurance min 9 months
4. need approved driving licience in uk
5. have to stay in malaysia permanenetly after coming back
6. application will be review within 3 month after coming to malaysia

Things you need to apply AP
1. passport
2. student visa
3. IC
4. letter offer to study
5. graduation letter
6. malaysian lesen
7. certificate of vehicle oversea
8. insurance certificate of vehicle oversea
9. purchase invoice of vehicle oversea
10. compeleted and typed custom form Jk69
11. Boarding pass back to malaysia

But the problem occur is when i was searching info about the ap. i saw this Link which make me so confuse.

1800 - 1999 170% 80%
2000 - 2499 200% 150%

So, if met all the requirement require for the AP. Do i still need to pay tax for my car?
