Other accounting firms other than big 4?

Well, i'm waiting for my final results for ACCA now, I'm a finalist, and i holds an OBU cert.
I'm looking for other accounting firms to look for a job...(apparently i'm not good enough to be called for interview based on my results, i'm a medium ranked student).

Any suggestions?? Maybe Top 20??
(which i'm not sure who are they too...)

I'm still very confused that UK 8 is size what? Size M or Size S??

if anyone can answer my questions i'll be very grateful

Size UK 4 = Size??
Size UK 6 = Size??
Size Uk 8 = Size??
Size UK10 = Size?? (Hopefully it's M XD)
Size UK12 = Size??

Is there a size bigger than Size UK12??

P/S: The sizes are reffered as Clothes for Asian Women.
