Painting on rubber surface

Hello guys,

Does anybody know how to paint colors on a rubber surface?

I want to draw on flipflop but was wondering the color will fade, washed out later.

Is there like any primer that don't require surface sanding before the application?

Before this I tried to put a carbon fiber like sticker bought from Mr DIY, but after few minutes, its just peeled off.

Hope to get some insight from all the sifus.

Question about notice of resignation and pay

Dear All,

I have questions about salary payment during notice period.

I am currently serving 2 months notice and still have 10 annual leave balance.

Question 1:
If I completely serve 2 months, my salary will be 2 months + 10 days cash-out leave, correct?

Question 2:
If I serve 1 and a half month, and offset the other half with my 10 days annual leave, my salary will be 2 months, correct?

Please advice and share some light. Thanks!

Update:
My HR has given their feedback and clarify that even though I offset my leave, they will pay for 2 months. Just physically I wont have to come to the office.

How can i found one? Go direct to the bank that i want to loan or ask them( the bank) to find a banker for me? The developer's bank in Affin, but other bank are also welcomed.

Hi All,

My 7 months baby boy has started to crawl + small leap to move forward. Although I am excited to see his development, sometime he go to unwanted space like cabling area, sofa's leg which really a frustration to me.

So last week i went to a baby fair/ expo and found out there is plastic fence that can be combined to create a safety zone for the child. but the price is super expensive. around RM400 for 6-8 pieces.

and my friend suggest to get an air pumped one like this.

but in the end i think want to DIY my self.

Hi All,

I think i wanna to restart my life. I am 28 y/o. been working in office 9-6pm 5 days a week.

I wasted almost 5 years, reach office early and go back very late in the evening, trying to impress big boss, all the team member/ colleague just to get increment < rm200, every year.

Now i am married with a 5 months baby boy. Not ranting because of the peanut pay, but peanut increment.

I have always interested in fitness/ working out since i was young. To the time that i think it is just a normal thing to do. Now a days as an office working adult, my training time is limited to 2 hours X 3 session per week.

My question:

What should i do to start cari rejeki by doing fitness?

Can working part time in retro gym give decent pay? atleast pay rental/car?

I eat clean meal so I prepare them almost everyday. Do you think i could prepare extra and advertise them around my place to those interested?

My little brother is doing printing business back in my hometown , so sometime i design my own workout shirt. should i do it in mass and sell it?

Do any of you would like to take me under your wings so we can help each other/ collaborate?

Any advice are welcome!

my concern is:

-will i be taxed?
- how the tax being calculated? ( specific date of the year?/ specific amount of profit?)

Hi sifus and masters,

Any of u used muscletech hydroxycut before? But changed to other product that works for your body?

I have consumed this product for almost 6 weeks now. My weight on:
1st November was 80kg.
Today, 16 December is 80kg.
*I also take dymatize whey protein for fast muscle recovery.

I am not sure if i should give more time to see the effects.

I workout 2-3 times a week and will take 1 tablet/ packet , 1 hour before training.

I can say it does increase my strength and energy/ focus, but still, im not seeing any fat loss.

I appreciate all your advice.
