            <description>Hi , can anyone recommend a landed semi D area . Go to KL city around 30 minutes . bugget rm 1.2 million &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;looking for a place that is for long term , landed ( if single storey are best ) easy access to  Pasar , clinic , and supermarket or high way. &lt;br /&gt;Got nature feel with mountain will good. Distance to access to KL an PJ are part of the consideration as well.    The semi D land at side those available land need have normal wall to cover house area then i can build a glass house at free space area.  those open concept without devider wall at side are not my cup of coffee. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i am currently stay chearas and consider move to new place with my parent and family but worry select a wrong location.  please suggest as looking for best place to stay for long term. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;is serdang , Sungai buluh , Shah alam , kepong , kajang available ? &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;looking  for your suggestion.</description>

            <description>Hi All &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Recently i am interest on an apartment through the agent , the agent is tell me the property owner is provide a condition with want to rent out the property to someone with gain some tenancy rental , then he can gain the rental before the property transfer and under me. &lt;br /&gt;Once the property transferred completed , then the tenancy rental will start belong to mine. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am actually interest on the property and i am accept the condition. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Currently , i am already paid the remaining 10 deposit with signed the SPA and is waiting the property owner to sign the SPA. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The property agent is telling me it is having someone want rent the house at coming april , I am having some question as below. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- After the person move in to house with starting to rent the house. But it have some issue for purchase as below &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The ceiling is leaking and got water drop when upstair owner is on water. &lt;br /&gt;The house owner is pass away and the property is under rockwill manager. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;According to the seller lawyer , they need go get &amp;quot;order  from the court&amp;quot; which is minimum 3 month longer compared to standard house purchase progress. &lt;br /&gt;My concern is will this longer process cost any any dollar and sen ? &lt;br /&gt;i shall consider just wait the order and nothing to do at my side , right ? &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As per title, hope all of you can suggest me a lawyer firm which provide reasonable price and responsible. &lt;br /&gt;Apppreciate you can help on this.</description>

Recently, i looking for the second hand house , after i am viewing the house for few units. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Finally i saw a unit which in a good condition and i like the interior design which is clean and the price is reasonable.  The owner is stay for around 10 years. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But the only thingy i am concern is the unit located at &amp;quot;level 14&amp;quot; but not label as level 13A &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I looking the unit for invest , which it will rent out after purchase. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Any Tai kor /Sifu do you have any unit at level 14 or level 4 , hope you can share you though to let me decide shall i buy it and shall i look into level number thingy and will the level number cause me difficult to rent out ?</description>
