hello~~everyone~ i suspect my dell pc not enough power to support my pc...
Can anyone help me check my PSU~~ that photo as below~~

Because my Graphic card burn!! And i need buy a new one~~ So i need know my PSU can support or not~

Here is My spec:
Core 2 duo E6300 1.86Ghz, 2mb L2 cache, 1066Mhz
512 mb ram x 2
1 gb ram x 2
1 SATA HDD
Geforce 7300LE 256mb ----> burn!!!

Here is my Graphic Card choices~~~
ATI HD4830
ATI HD4850
Geforce 9600GT
Geforce 9800GT

I need know which Graphic Card no need me buy another PSU~~but i most like HD4850~~if need change PSU~~the budget over already~~wuwuwu~~
