Item(s) conditions: TIP TOP CONDITION WORKING CONDITION. Used for roughly two years. Why buy this card from me? Its gamestable rock solid 1520c. well i know some of you think this is scary but worry not as i've underclocked with undervoltage significantly for normal use in the bios. Frankly i've only used this overclock during intensive gaming via msi afterburner. Rarely game for the past year due to work. So I've tweaked the bios so it runs on a really low power state and you can unleash its limits with afterburner when u need it, It took a very long time to get dual settings to have low power and high overclock this stable in the bios. I've removed many limits in the bios so you can experiment it yourself which will only apply once you open afterburner. the way i use my card is it runs on low voltage and low memory clock when in normal use. i use this state to surf the web play dota and other none demanding games. But if i feel like playing witcher or skyrim in full glory, I'll open afterburner and apply my overclocking profile. if you dont like my setup, simply flash back the stock bios.

if you don't have a watercooling setup, worry not!, I'm selling a complete watercooling kit cheap! reservoir, pump, cpu waterblock and radiator! this is your chance to convert for the cheap! u basically just need to get fittings and tube and you are all set to go! check out my signature! will be clearing a lot of stuff branded and generic

So currently the tank is not flooded as i have no time and maintain anymore so i decided to only maintain it DSM WAY. I've sold my CO2 and really have no time and space to maintain it anymore. It's been in DSM form for more than a year! it was flooded before. So what you need to do to flood it is acclimate and blast co2 for the first few weeks than slowly acclimate. I've done this many times whenever i felt that maintainence was too much too handle. Currently still maintaining it. Will explain more in depth when we meet up.

I'm going to be very honest. I'm trying to keep a good track record. Checkout out my sold items thread on my sig.

CPU: Binning is okay nothing fancy, Able to hit 4.6ghz at 1.315 volts game stable but my preffered OC at 4.4ghz at 1.225v (I'm a little paranoid of voltages above 1.3v). I dont run my overclocks 24/7 (Use windows power profile switching to do this!) it runs at 3.5ghz max most of the time. In fact, i can safely say that only for the first 3 weeks of purchase and every now and then when i try a new game that I'll switch to 4.4 ghz just to check what kind of FPS I'm getting. Other than that, 3.5ghz is already very decent for everyday use lol.

Cpu is around 3 years old.

MOBO: So I painted the heatsinks black just to match color scheme. themal pads on the heatsinks are upgraded to thermal grizzly. If you dont like the color, you can simple dip it in thinner and it will be in stock form in no time.

Mobo is around 3 years old.

Sound card is around 5 months.

NOTE! THE AUDIO OUT IS FROM MOBO IS NOT WORKING SO I DECIDED TO THROW IN A XONAR DG SOUND CARD FREEE! I"M PRETTY CONFIDENT OF MY SETUPS STABILITY.

A 1.5ft curved crystal clear tank with random tank stuff inside. Beside it is a box with driftwood sponges etc. It is a package so you have to take home everything you see here =D. It helps with the clearing =S. #Protip: If you want the tank only and not the other extra stuff in there (got a small bottle of equilibrium in there) you can throw the rest at the bin outside my house.

Alright this item here is going to go fast. It's working flawlessly and i have full confidence in it. Never failed on me (except the part where i forgot to change the seal when refilling co2 and my tank was down in a week). For my 1.5ft tank, it lasted forever...but i used it with my 2ft tank and 3 ft tank (yeah had multiple tank syndrome). Yeah it can split into 3! youll get the tank. You'll get a new seal (always have this!), ADA checkvalve, some random check valve and a timer. basically what you see in the picture minus one timer(sorry need it for my lights).

This is another item that is going to go fast. EXTRA FEATURE! i've a fully working tuned used for more than a year cerges reactor for your co2 needs. it's basically plug and play. everything works perfectly well. As for the eheim 2213 pump, i need to warn you, it makes a tiny little irritating noise although it is fully functional. the top is abit loose (wear and tear i guess) which might explain the vibrating noise. but other than that it is another equipment that i have full confidence. As a whole it is a plug and play system that i know works well so you don't need to worry bout your co2 and the irritating micro bubbles.

AAA...it's time for chemistry. It's always good to have MICRO's and Macro's. In the picture you'll find KH2SO4, KNO3, MGSO4, and the internet famous PLANTEX CSM+B for dry ferts which can last you a lifetime with proper dosing. I ordered Plantex CSM+B from the aquariumfertilizers. com. For the fertilizers that won't last you a lifetime and usually optional i have; seachem equilibrium(still full) and two bottles of seachem excel (one bottle still full). So with this full package you basically have all your nutrients covered with only a fraction of the price. it is everything you need to start EI dosing if you are into that.

LIGHTING! in the picture i have a fully working non modded just bought t5 aquazonic light for 1.5ft. this is still recent i bought it like 3 months back but used it only 2 months then stored. then i have an led light (not recommended as your main light-I used it to supplement my main light and to adjust the colors a little). Then i have a 2ft t5 aquazonic which is not working. this 2ft aquazonic is heavily modded so it is great to have if you want to make a project out of it. I'm also throwing lotsa used Lifegrow bulbs for free. i think around 3-4 tubes t5 and 1 t8 bulb. Im also throwing in all the extra aquazonic bulbs i have.

Item(s) conditions: overall, im still using the chair and the ottoman its working perfectly! the only downside is that the theres a slighte fade in color (see picture) . been using it for some time so signs of it would be apparent for the chair. but the ottoman is only around 2 months old and barely used it. DON't fret! ikea sells the cushion for as low as RM79 =) ... So as a whole, the set is worth RM438 new -refer to ikea website. if you want a completely new look, spend extra RM75 for a new cushion (totalling Rm255) and u get a decent pair.

Item(s) conditions: the modded headrest is extremely comfortable compared to the original one. the chair itself was mentioned by lifehacker as the 5 best office chair =D.
to make way for the modded headrest, i took out the stitches of the original headrest. so if you want the original one back you need to restitch it back. The reason i used the modded head rest is that no.1 its extremely comfortable, no.2 the original headrest strains my neck if over long period of gaming. If you dont like the colour, ikea also sells similar headrest in black which makes a good colour match. Oh ya the headrest is so comfortable that i even use it for my dxracer, used this one instead the one from dxracer.

The card was RMA'd for a slow fan on the right side (closer to the front of casing) 4 months back. Currently equiped on my machine and running perfectly (can come and test a few games that i have before you buy).
I rarely game since My work doesnt really allow me to game all day. Even if i game (die hard skyrim fan), I spent 90% of the time modding skyrim and 10% of it playing.

Reason for sale:
I mod skyrim for fun. this card can handle performance ENB @ 60fps average without any issues but once I use full blown ENB, I can only get around 40-50FPS average. I ONLY want to play @60FPS..=(...I even upgraded from FX6300 to i5 k just for skyrim last month. Best investment ever!. Now im looking to get either a 780ti or a 290x (willing to trade) in hope that i can finally mod the heck out of it. So yeah Im the few people in the world that I'm aware of buying building a system based on skyrim.
