There are quite a lot of apps in Google Play.

- great for subsale / rent property searches. very limited new property listing though

NextProperty App - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?...io.nextproperty
- i think perfect for new property searches, detailed information and nice pictures, but didn't cover subsale / rent properties though.

Propertyguru App - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?...oid.consumer.my
- similar to iproperty feature, but lack of information, sometimes will crash.

Propwall - no app currently.

Guess what? Let's take an interest rate of 4.3%, loan tenure = 30 years, monthly installment will be RM 222,690++

Anyone staying in Tropicana City Tropics?

I can see that the price is rising a lot now! Can hit between RM 750 to RM 800 per sqft.

Hey expert,

Need your help on the scripts to pass a URL parameters from existing page to another page URL parameters.

Example:

abc.com?utm_source=webpage&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=testcampaign

When a person click on 1 link on the existing page above, the same parameters (utm_source=webpage&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=testcampaign) should pass to new landing page such as below:

xyz.com?utm_source=webpage&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=testcampaign

hi guys!

my viva air cond blowing hot air when driving under the sun each time on afternoon and evening (feels like killing the passengers in the car with the heat air).

But at early morning and night driving, the air cond is very cold indeed.

what is the possible problem for this?

I'm looking for car air cond service in PJ area. Is Denso air cond service center ok to go for? Price ok?
