My maxis fibre down since 30 April, maxis confirmed need tm side to check as they have troubleshoot and unable to do anything except loan me a dongle which at my place only have 5mbps max.

What i m fed up with maxis is, they confirmed tm has breached the support sla between the both party but they can't do anything.

Can they at least try harder to push ah, i was told tm only free after 28 may, wth!

Another thing about maxis customer service i asked to escalate to their next level, this lady i spoke to from maxis keep telling me they do nt have escalation sop,😑

I had to tell her i want to see your manager which the manager committed that she willl feedback to the management on my feedbacks.

The lady I fed up with say she can only email the complaint to maxis cs team ==, i told her i can also email or call, that's what i need now but she stil fail to get that. Swt.
