Linksys WRT54G and Aztech DSL600E

Got a Linksys WRT54G (firmware v7.00.6) router and Aztech DSL600E (firmware 62.4.4a) ADSL modem where the router can't dial the internet connection via the Aztech modem. Modem is set to bridge mode.

Router wireless connection works fine. Try upgrading the firmware to the version as stated above but problem persists.

Anyone has a workable solution, please drop a line.
