need help buildling QDS code using C++

'This project involves CFD simulations on a 2D hypersonic flow over a cylinder. Kinetic theory based method is an alternative CFD approach in numerical simulation of fluid flow field. In kinetic theory approach, the particle-based nature of gases is considered in simulating the flow field. In general, instead of solving the continuum based governing equations, kinetic theory based methods describe the fluid as a large collection of particles analogous to molecules. The fluid particles are grouped according to their properties at the molecular level, which are the microscopic properties. The macroscopic properties of these particle groups are calculated from the microscopic properties. The motion and collision between the particles are tracked to determine the change in the state of the flow. FLUENT commercial CFD software will be used for results validation.'

engineering project in uni. now need to build a c++ code to be validated by next week. HELP! have an example code but no idea what to do with it. any help will be appreciated
