Furniture Refund

Hi all,

I bought a coffee table from 99 Home Design Sg Besi branch on 4/8/15, delivery set on 8/8/15 morning. On 8/8/15, I called showroom why no call from your delivery guy yet, I was blamed because I didn't call them on Friday first to check. Nevermind, ew delivery date was set on 14/8/2015 after a minor argument.

On 14/8/15, delivery guy call as they arrived my place, met them up at lift lobby. Unlucky, they sent me a glass TV rack. I didn't accept it and ask him to check with their showroom.

Called showroom on morning after the unsuccessful delivery, they informed that the coffee table price is actually RM399 instead of RM249 as paid, it is their worker mistake put the wrong price. If I want that coffee table, I have to add up another RM100. Offer rejected, I demand for refund. Both parties agreed. He asked me to come to showroom, I decided to pay a visit on the same day.

At showroom, this Bangladesh seller ask for my original Customer Copy for refund process as requested by HQ. I cannot accept the request and ask him to make a copy. He said I should keep the copied one, he will keep the original copy. Request denied again, I passed him the copied one.

Guys, may I know if Merchant are entitle to request original Customer Copy for refund process? I'm not willing to pass to them as they may do 'something' to my receipt. Friends also recommended not to pass them the original copy as is 'you-are-done-if-you-do-that'.

Anybody has experience before?

I Can't Install Ethernet Driver

Hi,

I just finished format my PC to XP. Here's the mobo spec Biostar TA960G AM2. Before this I am using Window 7 Build 7600. I reformat to XP back because some of the softwares I am using are not compatible with Window 7 and tha activation period almost done. (I think I did cracked last time, but I am not sure why this happen. Ok, it doesn't matter, just want to inform).

Everything's going fine until I realised that my PC doesn't respond when I am connecting my network cable to modem. Then, I checked at Device Manager, there is a yellow '?' near the Ethernet icon. I even tried connect to internet, with hope Windows will looks for me. But Window can't find it either.

I used XP too before I installed the W7. Everything's like going wrong. Even sound from Realtek HD Audio doesn't come out at all. Luckily, I still got my SB Live! 5.1 which Window 7 doesn't recognised at all and using it instead.

I installed the driver using the CD and also downloaded from Biostar web. Oh my. I have no idea what to do anymore. Should I buy a new PCI ethernet card? I want to format back to Window 7, but in mean time I misplaced my CD because I just moved to new house.

hello. Im facing problem when i wanna run my OS in safe mode. Normally, we press F8 if we wanted to run in safe mode. The previous owner said the same thing to me, when imasking him. But every time I press F8, the boot menu will appeared instead of safe mode. Im using ASUS A8N-SLI mobo fyi.Anybody can help me?

My 80g doesnt recognized by windows XP

my WD 80g was not recognised by windows XP when im trying to install it. i formated it several times, but the result is still the same. but it works well as slave hdd. i wabt to make it as master since my master hdd was crashed last week.anybody can help me on this, i even used WD dianostic tools to format it..TQ
