I'm having an interview for a grad programme with this corp. Has anyone worked or went for their interviews/assessment before?

Did some stalking on Linkedin and observed many professionals leave within a year or so, I'm curious to know how's their work culture like and maybe a brief

description of its org structure and the racial composition of its workforce. I'm more keen on a balanced workplace and good working culture.

So yeah, please do enlighten me if you know or heard a thing or 2.

Cheers
