Volumetric Weight Calculation
Volumetric Weight Formula = Length(cm) * Width(cm) * Height(cm) / 6000

Example #1: Item actual weight : 1 KG
Item dimension : 15CM * 20CM * 30CM Volumetric Weight : (15 * 20 * 30) / 6000 = 1.5 KG
Item will be calculated as 1.5KG, charged with 2KG of air shipping fees.

Example #2: Item actual weight : 5 KG
Item dimension : 20CM * 20CM * 30CM Volumetric Weight : (20 * 20 * 30) / 6000 = 2.0 KG
Although volumetric weight of item is 2.0KG, it will be charged with 5KG of air shipping fees.

0.1 m3 = RM65
0.2 m3 = RM85
0.3 m3 = RM125
0.4 m3 = RM165
0.5 m3 = RM205
0.6 m3 – 1 m3 = (RM390 per 1 m3)

Sensitive Items:
0.1 m3 = RM95
0.2 m3 = RM120

0.6 m3 – 1 m3 = (RM450 per 1 m3)

East M’sia Normal Items:
Min. 0.5 m3 = RM420
0.6 m3 = RM500

Every 0.1 m3 add RM80
- If all items exceed >400kg but below 1m3, will be treated as 1m3.
- Item collection fees (1-10 parcels, RM3 each)(>10 parcels, RM2 each)
- No packing fees (China)

Sea shipping cost calculations
1m3 = 100 cm x 100 cm x 100 cm
Minimum volume is 0.1m3 (if 0.05m3, will be charged as 0.1m3, and so on)

Example: Item volume = 0.2 m3 = Sea shipping fees RM85
If there is total 4 items for that volume, parcel collection fees = RM3 x 4 = RM12
Total = RM85 + RM12 = 97

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1) Air shipment normally will take 5-7 days (17-25 days for sea shipment), unless due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or flight delays or holidays.
2) Air shipment are dispatches every day except Sunday. Sea shipments dispatches 2-3 times/week.
3) Tax and duty charges are bared by buyer. (Air shipment if any)
4) Normal sea shipment can only contain normal items. If restricted or prohibited items are found, items will be confiscated and the shipping company will issue a legal letter to buyer.
5) I will proceed to deliver the items only after we receive 100% payment from you.
6) Once a buyer confirms order and already make payment, i will not accept refund / return and other issues.
6) If the product is out of stock, a 100% refund will be given back to buyer.
7) For refunds, bank charges due to bank difference will be bear by buyer.
8) Shipping fees is final based on warehouse. Order will be paid only when difference is paid from buyer. (If overpaid, will be refunded back to buyer).
9) If air repacking is requested, and there are damages due to repacking, i will not be held responsible. Sea shipment is not subject to repacking.
10) I am acting as a middle party to order from Taobao for you. I held no responsibility for the below: - quality of goods. (choose reliable and trustworthy sellers) - loss or damage of goods in the course of delivery from China to Malaysia & from us to you. - incorrect item sent by Taobao seller.
11) If parcel is lost during delivery from China to Malaysia, i will try to help you trace back. However, i do not refund or bear the responsibility on it.
