Hi guys

Need some of your suggestion n some professional views. I plan to buy a property in KL for investment purpose but I'm not sure where or what to buy. Previously somewhr ard March/April had been eyeing on the Swiss Garden Residence n their offer was quite good . but then in the end i decided not to take due to some issues. n now the price is goin quite good.

Now I'm ready again. Any new development ard that u guys can recommend?

Phuket Trip

Have make a post on the general threads but I think it's better that I start a new topic so easier to track.
My frens and I will be visiting Phuket in Jul. a 5 days 4 nites trip. Consist of 12 ppl. Original plan was staying in Phuket Tower Apartment (one 4 bedroom apartment- sleeps 8 + one 2 bedroom aaprtments- sleeps 4) but they suddenly canceled out booking claimin that the boss cousin is visiting n will stay into the 4 bedroom apartment. so now we'll have to search for accomodation again.

Preferbly at patong, can stay together or for most seperate into 3 groups (4ppl each grp). Preferbly apartments. Want a nice, clean, air-conditioned n hot shower. Our budget RM100/person/nite.

btw for those who had visit phuket can suggest which tours should we join n should not? I've been c'ing ppl comment not to go for the fantasea show cos it's a waste of money.
