Unifi Plus Box

Dear Unifi sifus,

I just noticed in my Unifi profile there's an option to get FREE Unifi Plus Box. The T&C is to subscribe to Unif TV Packs. However, I already have Ruby Plus Pack bundled in my current plan which cannot be removed. Do I still need to subscribe to additional plans to get this free Unifi Plus Box? Or just renew my contract for 24 months? Spoke to CS and she kept saying I need to subscribe to TV Packs (which I'm already subscribed to and paying RM30/month).

Can someone please shed some light on this?

Thank you

Unifi installation

I read online that to install unifi, we need to provide a four-socket extension cord. I don't have that many plug points to spare. My 4 socket extension cord already taken up by TV, astro, DVD player, Hi-Fi and HD media player (all coming from a 3 socket plug on one plug point). What do they need to power besides the modem? If I put another four-socket extension cord, I think it will overload.

Does the modem need to be installed next to the TV? Can someone who has installed unifi please give more information on the installation process?

Thanks!

Engagement Ring

Does anyone know which finger the engagement ring should go on? Some say on middle finger, some say on the ring finger. Can anyone clarify?

Thanks!
