Condos are building assets with limited land from developer. Most condo leasehold or freehold have useful life.
We know in Singapore leasehold assets 99 yrs, the building still need to be en-bloc or demolished when it reaches 50 yrs old.
Assume we are now 25 yrs old then when 75 yrs old the building need to be demolished then our investment become zero? or developer sell the land but the land need to be divided by thousands units in one condo area so the value is super small cannot be enough to top up new condo.

Why do we buy condo if this is depreciating asset? better buy landed house right? so when we are 75 yrs old we can sell the house high for our retirement. I don't know why people buy condo more than 1.

This is my friend story. He dated one girl(baby) for 6 years and suddenly he wants to marry another girl from another city with they have 1 year r/s(angel).
He told baby he wanna marry someone else and dun disturb him again. However, baby begged him not to cut the r/s and she agreed to be 2nd as long as she is still with him.

Then my friend intro angel to baby and told angel that baby is his cousin. Then baby and angel become very good friend like sisters. Angel asked baby if any girls approach him then just told her. This is during past 1 year. Then he will marry angel in next few months. baby will be the bridesmaid.

i am concern with my friend,I do not know what baby motives that she wanna be 2nd. I think my friend spent his time with baby about 80% and 20% to Angel. Just asking here, HR in my company said i don't get my bonus although i fully worked in 2012 frim jan to dec.my last day in feb but bonus will be given in march.hr said my name not in payroll when bonus will be given. Is that fair?
