Toilet Pipe Leak

Hi
I am staying in Penang. Currently my apartment toilet pipe leak and whenever the tenant on top of me flush their toilet the water will leak from the pipe and accumulate at plaster ceiling
Now it is very smelly.
Can someone in this forum recommend a contractor who is willing to take up the work of tearing quarter or half of the plaster ceiling and later fix it back after my plumber fix the pipe issue.

How To Terminate a contractor

Hi All
I have a contractor and have been dragging my Penang condo renovation for 6 months. Until today it's 96% completed. I have approx RM 2K which I have not paid him and I will not pay him until everything complete.
However I don't think I want to wait for him anymore and decided to get another contractor to continue his work

Appreciate those who experience this before let me know how I can terminate this contractor. Do I need him to sign any agreement or whatever procedure require.

Contractor Delay work

Hi All
I have this contractor who has been renovating my apartment since Sept 2010.
Until today still notyet complete.
Is there any way action I can take against him?
Please advise.
