Maxis Normal Contract Phone

Hi, not sure if this is the right place to post this.

I basically got a question regarding the normal contract phone by maxis. Let's say if I choose Iphone XS 256GB using normal contract plan, and half way during the plan my account got blacklisted by maxis, will the phone still be able to operate properly or it will be locked. Note that I am referring to normal contract plan and not zerolution.

Reason I am asking this is my friend is selling his phone to me which is under normal contract plan right now, I just worry if half way he stopped paying and caused the phone to locked.

Computer cannot boot up

Dear forumers and all gurus,

I am having this problem right now with my rig, where I could see lights on my motherboard but whenever I push the boot up button, the rig just won't get started. Sometimes when I pressed on the boot up button, I can see the fans / processor fans run then it just off again in less than a second.

I am suspecting the Power Supply failure but if it really does fail, the motherboard should get light up right ?

Anyone have such experience ? Please do advise me on the stuff I can check before I go get a new power supply (which may cost me around RM400...).

LCD TV or LCD Monitor

Hi guys, was wondering any of you guys here used a LCD TV as a monitor for daily gaming / surf net / watch movie routine ? what is the impact if use LCD tv compare to monitor. Since the price for a LCD TV is much cheaper than a LCD monitor, if the difference is not significant, then I would better get a LCD TV than a monitor.

hi, has anyone tried flashing the bios for gainward 4870 gs edition ? I am wondering if I am able to use some internet loaded 4870 bios and flash it into it. Will it void the warranty and can this non reference card work after flashing with other bios ? thanks alot

Hi guys,

Anyone tried doing OC on this motherboard ? I tried and it seems the highest FSB I could go was 470 x 6multiplier. Couldn't push any further (all all stock settings). Any possible way I can push pass this FSB ? Maybe OC my ram or something ? I am using 1:1 divider (fsb:ram) and using corsair ddr 800.

Btw, the system would not post after I set FSB any greater than 470. Please guide me in passing through this FSB .. maybe some ram tweaking ?

Hi guys,

Was wondering how far can this chip go ? Has anyone reach 4GHZ using air cooling here ? I tried playing with this chip (all settings auto) , the most I can reach is 420 FSB x 8 (stable). Idle temperature is around 34c-36c (non aircond environment), full load reach 64c.

One question, I used Core temp to monitor my core temp, it shows 70c-80c for all the core. Where else my Dual Core Centre shows only 64c. Which value should I rely on ?

Basically I have this 2x 2gb corsair xms 800mhz. I would expect it to run dual channel but CPU-Z is showing it to run on single channel. Anybody know why this is happening ?

If anybody need some Screen shots or any information please let me know, I will post up all the information you need in helping me to find out the cause for it

VB.NET Kodak Scanning Control

As far as I know this scanning control is used to capture the image scanned by those scanners. But I couldnt find any basic guide to start writing the code for this control. Can anyone provide me any link or help on how to start with the coding for this control ? Thanks

Anybody here did a digital scanning software before ? Eg : a program which will loads all images that are scanned by a scanner. Not those simple scanner we have at home but those bigger scanner which is able to scan thousands of papers in an hour continuously..Thanks for any help here

hi, I got a question here. Im using gf 6600gt and currently I have 2 monitors connecting to my graphic card. Im able to view my windows using both of this monitor without any problem. But now, I want to know whether is it possible to run different application on both of the monitor ? Say like monitor A displaying a movie while monitor B is playing a game? . Thanks ..

Now I get my datagrid fully working, but then I need to retrieve image file (long binary data) from my ms access and put it inside the datagrid. Problem details
First occurence of problem: Recently
Problem frequency: everyday
Problem description:

Before this our line in this house is very normal. No losing packets or unstable ping.After a recent event which a thunder stroke and our modem spoiled ( Aztech ) then we changed to another modem which is also working fine ( zte 831 - because this modem we used it before so we can confirm this modem is in good condition ). Then now, after we change it. The ping to www.hinet.com very unstable. If we didnt surf net or play any online games, then the ping will stay from 100-105 (218.208.xxx.xxx line). If we surf net or play any online games, then the ping will jump from 100- 800 and maintain at 400-800 ping. And often lose packets. Any ideas what is the problem ? thanks

Anyway, any of you guys here that uses a credit card simulator before ? Its like Im doing a website and putting in the credit card section where customer can purchase products by using credit card. Streamyx Line Problem

I been getting 60.xx.xx.xx line quite a long time already. I was using aztech 600eu and tried zte zxdsl831 and the line is always at 60.xx.xx.xx . It just wont change. I tried calling streamyx bout it and they just ask me to reconnect till I get the ip I wanted. But i have been trying this for few weeks, everyday keep trying and the IP just wont change. Anyone can help me here ? thanks....
