Car resell value?

As i was surveying for my first car, some of my fren actually persuaded me to opt for new proton flx as they said its better to have a new car as a starting as it would have better re-sell value.

And as i was having my thoughts, one concern came into my mind

Let say...

Today i bought a new SAGA Flx, with 0 downpayment,

Let say my total loan is 40k, and interest rate is around 3%(correct me if it wasn't standard)

And i had enough of this car in 3 years, trying to sell it out.

If let say we predict the car price of this car to be around 25k during that period,

While the total outstanding loan i had would be definitely more than that, what happens to the remaining outstanding loan?

[WTA}Problem with the speaker

I have a wira aeroback, which stil have the stock speaker.but as i used for a time, it started to not functioning, but when i hit it, then it was ok again.but lately it had been worse, it only works sometimes and even when it worked, as i switch radio channel, it malfunction again. can anyone tell me what's the possible problem and the damage to solve the problem?

i am working in a company as sales exec, salary 2.1k, starting from 1st of march 2012, and now it's already september, and i never accepted verbally or in writing any confirmation letters or so, if worst come to worst case, my company wish to terminate me, would be notice period consider as what stated in the probational period offer letter or follow the notice period of an permanent staff which is also stated on the offer letter?

should i get a new car or a used car?

i'm working as a sales earning 1.8k(after epf) and i was using somebody else's car.

with my budget i was given 2 choices

1.below 20k used car(ae101, honda city eg, as long as not local cars)(mom's loan no interest)

2.just buy a new car under 40k with full loan

car that i was looking for is 80% city drive and 20% highway(going back hometown once/twice per month on regular basis)
fc is one of the concern but the major of it wents to maintenance cost.

option 1, i would probably get a 2nd hand ae101/honda city(1997 or equivalent) within 15k
and use the other 5k to totally revamp the car(so dun need to worry on major maintenance within 1-2 years)

option 2, i guess the only choice is to get local cars(flx) and scared for their problematic history.

Asking sifu/guru/pros in here to give me a guidance.

router problem? or modem problem?

recently i bought a T*-Link modem with a belkin wireless router,
everything's fine until the modem got a malfunctioning issue.
then i send the modem for 1 to 1 replacement, and when the new modem is back,
it's working fine(i got lights for ADSL, LAN, and Power, but not for Internet)
i tried it a while and it's still the same thing.
i rebooted the router and the modem a few times, and it's still the same thing happens,
where i can't get it to connect to internet.

is this some mis-configuration problem? or just that different's brand modem and router got conflict between each others?

computer tends to freeze after 20-30min

it's starts with a normal day...then i woke up finding that my laptop was hang...
then i had nothing able to to than restart the thing by turning of the power switch manually.
after that, the whole cycle continues to go after 30+minutes

the freeze is kinda weird
first,everything starts to freeze and my mouse still running(but unable to sense everything)
then the whole screen went black(mouse still there)
and there's a sound of some errorbox jumping out(for vista) but unable to see anything
and Ctr+Alt+Del also cannot works.and it even hangs even i hvn't logged it into windows

could it be because of my cpu temperature overheating? or any other possibility?

OS:windows vista home premium(ori)
CPU:p7450
model:asus U50vg
Memory : kingston 2GB ddr2 + hyundai 2GB ddr2
GPU:Nvidia G105M

U50VG with Nvidia 105M 15'6 screen. and U80V with ATI HD 4570 14' screen the others specs is all sam3.
which 1 is better?
