            <description>Hi, would be appreciate if someone can provide me info about type of mortgage plan available in the market such as Flexi, Semi-Flexi and Fixed loan? Anymore? Thanks.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Please include Pro and Cons so that I can summarize it here. Thanks&amp;#33;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-Some info gathered-&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style='color:red'&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;----------Flexi loan--------------&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Loan comes with current account ( two in one ) meaning you can put in all your savings into this account&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Advantages:&lt;br /&gt;- Might reduce total amount of interest paid if extra money paid is not withdraw&lt;br /&gt;- Earn interest rate as high as your loan rate&lt;br /&gt;- Can withdraw money in the account anytime. However, you cannot withdraw installments due and paid.&lt;br /&gt;- Allow to settle all outstanding debt only after 5 years.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Disadvantages&lt;br /&gt;- Total loan repayment highly dependent on the interest rate (BLR).&lt;br /&gt;- Higher interest rate&lt;br /&gt;- RM 120 / year for maintenance fee and initial RM 200 for setting up the account&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style='color:red'&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;----------Fixed loan----------&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Advantages:&lt;br /&gt;- For those who purchase house for own stay.&lt;br /&gt;- Not affected by BLR&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Disadvantage&lt;br /&gt;- No clearance of outstanding debt in short period.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Correct me if I am wrong&amp;#33;</description>
