Hello,
Im using - ASUS F5 SL notebook.

Problem :
Im having this problem where my screen turn black and a pop up appeared says "..........ASScrprolog.exe". This problem made my laptop hang and i need to force restart using the power button.

Question :
1. What is this ASScrprolog.exe? Is it virus or malware?
2. How to fix this and solve it once for all?

I hope any ASUS sifus here could help me solve this. Thankyou.

Im using Maxis Hotlink Prepaid 012-xxxxxxxx for 6 years already, same sim card. But since 2 days ago, people cant call my numbers. When they called, a voice came out said "Sorry,......... please try later". I knew this because I did tried using my house phone to call my hp.

Not only call, SMS also problem. People who sms-ed me, I only get them after few hours and sometimes half day. When I dial *122#, a report shows on my hp screen along with 5 - 6 SMSs telling that I got misscall from my family n frens.

My location is Templer Park, Rawang.

so my questions are :

1. Is it the sim card?
2. Is it the phone? (using SE w350i, bought 4 months ago)
3. Is it the roaming signal at my area?
4. Is it Maxis doing some upgrading or improving lately?
5. Why this happen? Is it normal?
6. What should I do?
7. I tried to search for nearby Maxis center at my area, but I couldnt find 1. Anyone can help me where to find Maxis center nearby my area?
8. Can HP shop in my area solve this problem? or I still need to go to Maxis center?

I know that I enquire so much answer for many questions, but I really need expert help here. And pls do not ask me to change or switch to any operators in here, for that I will make my own decision.
