Hi all,

Need your advice, especially those who own C200 W205 and 520i F10. i am stuck in between both these models and need help. i currently drive a C200 W203.
Wait, yes, its 2 different segment but hear me out, the price of both works around my budget. If i get the C200, its a brand new unit, but the latter is a 2015 pre reg with 16600 mileage clocked, used by a senior management in bmw and is up for sale by quill.

I went to survey the A200, CLA 200 and C200, and almost made my mind for the c200 avantgarde until i got a text about bmw promo going on in quill, so i just wanted to see whats the offer. And to be honest, the price was very attractive

here are some of the information

W203- new unit, recently had some price reduction due to energy efficient vehicle compliance. love the hold assist feature, no free service. Basically the features of the car for that price sells itself. Test drove the car and it's more than what i wanted. a long way to go for replacement model.

F10 - comes with 5 years warranty and also free service. works to be 80k+ below retail, have seen the unit but yet to test drive. not sure what features are supposed to be in the F10 , (i have kept up to date about A and C class, but never had followed up on Beamers, hence the question. Recently , i heard about the concierge service for beamer, not sure if this model has it. Aged model, replacement model in 2017 if not mistaken. Finally, its a second hand anyhow. bonus - the white card.

what i look for in the car i want
1. comfort
2. mostly crusing - i dont speed.
3. would prefer more features in the entertainment console
4. park assist will be nice
5. rear cam is a must

Hi Guys,

I have decided to sell my current ride to change to another. Reason being is, I want to cut cost mainly on monthly instalment + fuel and servicing. (no maintenance issues). Need your advice on my predicament.

I am looking for a car with the below criteria

1. New (if possible)
2. Comfortably fit 4/ at times 5 (not looking into small size cars e.g. myvi / rio)
3. below 80k
4. has been in the market for sometime with minimal issues.
5. parts easily available - (seen some issues for Peugeot so avoiding those)
6. decent petrol consumtion . say 60 buck for 400 kms? (paying 100 bucks for 300kms now and I refill 5-6 times a month)

My first car back in 2004 was a wira (2nd hand) then moved to City Vtec in 2007(new) and now Merc C200 W203 since 2010 (always wanted the bugger, so I got the bugger with no regrets). But due to inflation and rising cost of living I would want to spend lower on the instalment / maintenance.

I recently drove a friends suprima premium, and I am pretty impressed with the car. Not only it feel much sturdy than other protons I have driven before, it also packed with many features. I am considering this car at the current moment, have yet to survey in showrooms (plan to do it next week) a quick check in mudah states the price is 73k after discount.

Please do advice me if It suprima will be a good move. appreciate if current owners can come in an share their experience.

I am open to any cars as long as it fits the above criteria.

i have test drove the suprima and looking for the best bargain .
currently i found out there is no discount for 2014 model and comes with full tank + smart tag. Anyone can suggest me a good deal?

at the same time while looking around i also saw a civic hybrid 2012 going for 97500. looks tempting too, ang advice on this car?

And lastly my C200 W203 2001 trade in value according to a used car agent (the same place i saw the civic ) is only willing to take it for 35k, which i think is too low. While browsing oto/mudah the price is around 50-58. is this normal or im being slashed?
