iphone4 can't charge and keep restarting

hi, i just jailbreak my new iphone4.
it was working fine yesterday, then over the night the battery suddenly drop to red zone and when i tried to charge it, it doesn't charge, and on top of that it keep restart, and restart and restart (all this while the charger is connected)

so far, it hasn't charge at all, and when i connect to charger it keep re-starting and does not charge.

can anyone kindly advise what can be done?

need help! lag while watching movie

Hi.. I really need advise..

I just bougtt a netbook. Asus EEEpc 1015M. I try to play some video clips, or movies. but it's so lag.

Even the low resolution one. And besides lagging image, the sound also lag. It breaks ... got sound no sound got sound.

Is it my settings problem or something? My friend uses a lenovo he said no problem. I'm quite puzzled, coz i thought this model is atom dual core, so processor should be a bit faster ma..still face this kind of problem one?
