Seeking advice on hiring foreign labour

Hi Dear forumers,

I am planning to open a small food stall and was wondering where should I look if I want to source for foreign labor preferably Myanmar and Indon.

Have seen alot of chap fan stall and restaurant hiring alot of this workers, am impress cause most of them are fast learners (can speak canto and BM) , seems hardworking and polite.

--What are the channel should I look into to get this labor?

--And what are the risk involve? Will they run away like maids leaving me to bear certain cost?

--Cost? How much are the fees / agent fees require to bring them in? What should the employer need to cover?

Hope all bosses here can teach me and share their experience

Hi Guys, I am looking for an investment vehicle for my cousin and me,

Our budget is 300k, and on hand capital is about 50K, is there any good property for investment that can give us an good 5-6% yield?

Currently property known to us that will give 5-6% is Sutramas Puchong, Suriamas Sunway, Lagoon Perdana, Ridzuan Apartments.

But we would like to exercise our options more so we can decide the best property to invest in.

since i am here , i am gona start 1st

i heard from my gf , that there are people who are actually selling the contacts of girl's hp , msn , address in a book full of pictures . The person just have to take a pick and its his . Rm5

my gf kena harass in friendster alot of times before , but the worst one was there was this guy who sexually harass her tru mail and testimonial for 3 days non stop , he claim to know her address . I called my kaki's to message him to screw him up and treaten report police . Say i will trace his IP and jail him . He stopped after that , what a noob

weird people smsing my gf and called her sayang , i called him once and he stopped

weird people smsing my gf asking her to be their friend and say he really want to know her . I and smile at her .

weird people giving my gf his number and kept on harass her to call him . I was not there

so yea , people are VERY weird these days .
