Mc-DonaLd - not honest seller

I bought samsung f330 from him. from what he said the phone is "99% new,prefect working,scratchless,good function".
But when i back, just notice that the rear camera lens is faulty. I have 1 week personal waranty from him.
I didn't have much time to check the phone coz i need the phone very urgent. I got new job. Need to return my company phone that evening.

I just want replace with other phone or return back my money. Or else he pay for repair. Repair around rm200+.

I already PM and msg him, but he didn't responds. That why i put it here. From 2005, this is my 1st terrible thing with lowyat forumer.

To who that know this person please advised him.
