hello,
how to use my samsung f3(HD103SJ)on my mobo that only have sata slot without killing the hd performance?

I already thinking this 2 ways

~ use jumper to use it as sata drive slower performance..

~ use sata2 PCI controller... which is expensive

there is any way can be done to use the hd @ highest performance with low cost modification/budget
is the sata and sata2 have any performance drop?

when using integrated nvidia= picture clear...

PC's power indicator keep blinking for almost 30 second when starting the computer.
after 30 second computer back to life
happen after slotting new GPU ( never had gpu b4 only IGP )
currently using 600W cap ayam PSU, before this using 218w PSU also have this problem.

BTW need to set jumper or something...
