Internet keeps disconnecting

I have encountered this problem for a very long time already. Called 100 and reset port countless times but the solution is just temporary.

So now the problem is

1. the disconnection will occur more in the afternoon 12pm-8pm (like every 15 minutes)
2. night and morning normally ok, maybe once or twice only.
3. tried connecting directly to wall socket.

Solution from TM webby
If you can stay connected for less than 30 minutes:

1. Check the phone line quality (Ensure clear tone without any noise).
2. Switch modem on and off.
3. Bypass splitter/ micro filter/ fax machine/ lightning protector.
4. Create new dialer & configure DNS (Domain Name Server).
- (Preferred DNS Server: 202.188.0.133/Alternate DNS Server: 202.188.1.5)
5. Disable the house alarm system.

TM's solution

Disable house alarm system?? Yes I have alarm system but will it disrupt my connection? The alarm guy connected some wires to the phone wall socket.
I do not know how to disable the house alarm system.

Any solutions guys? Sifu?

Im currently using Win7 32 bit, but I wanted to change to WinXP.
The problem is whenever i try to format into XP, it BSOD saying that my hard drive corrupted. I can format to vista with no problem and back to Win7 but not to XP. I've tried to used different XP CDs.

To those sifus out there,
i tried to reformat my ASUS F80Q with winXP
it gave me BSOD when "Starting Windows"
after that i tried installing it with win7
but it gave me an error message at the extracting phase.
I tried using different installation CDs, taking out the HDD and delete all partitions.
anything else i can try to troubleshoot myself?
I really dont want to visit the Royal Club

Recently I bought a rig. I should he happy with it but instead, it comes with a "i think its" a faulty PSU.
Whenever i switch on the wall socket it will have this buzz coming from the PSU. Its a CM 460W extreme power plus.
