CPU mainly for photo editing

I am looking to buy a processor, mobo and RAM to upgrade my current old pc. This new pc is mainly to run Lightroom and Photoshop.

I only need to buy processor, mobo and RAM only, the rest I have already. For photo editing, do I need to get a graphic card? Or an onboard graphic is enough to do the work?

I am eying on i5 750 and at least 4GB RAM, however my budget is not much. Which mobo is the best value to pair with i5? i5 750 + 4GB RAM is already RM985. My budget for these 3 items should not exceeds RM1300.

I am still using the enlight 400W PSU on my current P4. Do you guys think it's ok to be reused on this new pc?

Since I am on tight budget, is it better to downgrade the i5 to i3 and get a better mobo and overclock it? Or switch to AMD. Please advice.
