Hi everyone

Need some opinion - got a customer pay me using a fraud credit card, the 3rd party credit card service provider is holding the payment.

My question are-

i- Where should I report it ? Normal police station or any other specific government department ?

ii- Can I sue the guy for fraud or should I gang up with the 3rd part credit card service provider & sue the fraudster for tying to miss lead ? Should I report to the bank as well ?

I have all the conversation & payment proof in my e-mail, black & white. I have the credit card number & name as well.

iii- After I log the report with government authorities, can I get more info from the telco company & bank about the fraudster so I can proceed with suing asap?

Some wise comment/s will be very much appreciated. Please do not spam.
