Hi all brothers and sisters,

Have anyone of you heard of this company call APPRAISAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SDN BHD? How is this company doing and the employment conditions?

I just been offered a job there.....not sure how to respond to it.....

I am worry to take the offer as it is an UNKNOWN company to me ...I am scared of being 'FIRED' easily as it is just a normal sdn bhd in malaysia....

What is your thought on this company?

2012 car year end sale

I just heard news from radio saying that lots Pfizer carmanufacturer are giving cash rebates and promotion to attract customers to clear 2012 stocks. And new facelift model is coming next year. Rebates ranging from 2k to 30k.

30k seem a lot

Ngl 7k
Alts 7.5k
Forte 2.4k
Jetta 15k

We can get more from above by asking S.A. to give more

Sylphy or Altis

Hi All,

I am planning to buy a new car either Slyphy or Altis. I am still not able to decide and hope you can help me here.

My thought on Slyphy:
Pro:
1) It is 2.0L with Luxury Spec, higher than Altis 1.8. and Altis 2.0 is out of my budget
2) It seems has lesser problem than Altis
3) Spec(Luxury) is better than Altis 1.8E(I may consider 1.8G, it is slightly out of my budget too)

Con:
1) Design is not as attractive as Altis
2) car size is smaller

My thought on Altis:
Pro:
1) Design looks better and size is bigger
2) Good FC

Con:
1) it is 1.8 L only
2) Look like i can afford only E Spec, which seems lower spec than Slyphy

Which car would you choose and what is the reasons?
