Employees wanna work OT beyond 3 hours

Firstly, I really have no idea if this is the right area to ask this, so bear with me or point me in the right area if im wrong.

Uh...so I ventured on a tiny business and hired 6 employees.

So they work 8 hours, any hours after that and they will be paid overtime rates to a limit of 3 hours as per the labour law.

As the business grew, OT frequency increased and it started turning into a 3/4 affair a month. The time will come soon when these 6 guys wont be enough.

I plan to hire an additional 2 employees so that there wont be any OT requirements for BOTH groups (3 and 3) but the current 6 guys I have are begging (seriously) for OT beyond the 3 hours. They WANT to work till 11pm+ or even 1 am to finish all outstanding job as long as they are paid for it, but I absolutely cant risk running afoul of the law. 2 have suggested 'off the books' OT payment but as I have CCTV with timestamps I can end up incriminating myself lol.

Making matters worse, they are pushing hard for me to hire their wives/girlfriends /mom if I do go for the 2nd working group route. They KNOW that the task isnt suited for ladies AT ALL. Its going to be a case of them working in steed of their wives and that will just cause me a different kind of trouble.

Is there any legal route for me to let the current guys do OT beyond the 3 hours limit? If not, is there any other way to solve this?
