Few days ago this fella went and opened a topic "IPHONE 6/SAMSUNG NOTE 4". Digi sets. Need plan don need phone that kinda bullcrap.

The topic has been deleted. I paid for the phone price and he is not contactable for 2 days. I saw one LYN member claimed that s/he received the phone and there are a lot of interested LYN members who replied to that forum. It was a hot topic b4 it got removed.

I am trying my luck here. Anyone come across this fella? Have you guys received the phone yet?

Date of transaction: Saturday, 6 December 2014

Details of the complaint :
6 Dec 2014: Transaction via bank transfer, dealing method: Pos laju.
Seller agreed to post the phone on Monday (8 Dec).
8 Dec 2014: Upon receiving my text asking for tracking number, seller told me he wasn't able to post due to personal reasons and promised to send the next day.
9 Dec 2014: Seller was not contactable. (Straight to voicemail) WHOLE DAY. 24 hours.
10 Dec 2014: Item not received. Seller is still not contactable, straight to voicemail.

Ques: I am not sure whether this is something to be worried, the seller promised and said for sure he will post the Iphone yesterday and i am supposed to receive the item today but i got nothing. His number went straight to voicemail every single time. (I made like 20+ calls). He hasn't PM reply me in this forum either. A conman or mere irresponsible seller?
