Hi, I would like to do some minor renovation in my yard area and living room I have get some quotation from contractor would like to know is the quotation below reasonable or not.

1. To install full height wall tiles 9 ft height area is around 40sqft rm2400
2. To install plaster ceiling for 500sqft living room and yard area rm1700
3. Power point 1 for rm120 x 4 = 480
4. light point 1for rm90 x 2 = 180
5. Fan installation 1 for rm400 = Rm400
6. Inlet and outlet piping for new sink rm600
7. L Concrete top 10 ft rm 2400
8. Dismantle existing timber door and replace with aluminium bifold rm850
9. Built in cabinet bottom unit with one set drawer. Rm2400

I will supply the tiles, sink and the tap myself.

Hi I'm interested to buy a property but currently the unit is tenanted. The agreement will end at somewhere around Aug. I would like to ask is there any differences of process during the purchasing? Do the owner responsible to cover the cost of repair the damage and make sure the tenant is moved out before the deal is completed?

Hi, I would like ask any1 here using xeon E1230V3 can share me their cpu temperature while idle?
My current pc is using E1230V3 with CM Hyper 212+ and the idle temperature is running 38-42 and with d2 gaming is around 54 max.
I want to ask whether this temperature is normal or abnormal.

Hi all. I would like to get some opinion from you all that should I go or stay.
So, this is my current situation.
Currently I'm working as an Analyst Programmer in a software house which doing .net development. Most of the project I'm working on is government projects. My current pay is RM3100.
Last week I've received an offer of a consulting company which offer me a position of Consultant and they willing to pay me RM3700. For the new job, I will required to works on SAP and EPICOR as the interviewer mentioned.
Benefit wise not confirmed yet, this I would need some times to discuss with the new company. For my old company, yearly will have company trip which with minimum budget of 6.5k and minimum of 1 month bonus.
I would like to know is it worth for me to jump from current company to the new 1? Please kindly advise on this. Thank you.
