Full insurance amount in OTR loan?Even got 55% ncd

Hi guys,

I wanted to trade in my 10 years old car and buy the latest N brand almari turbo.

Even though I have 55% NCD but the sales guy told me OTR loan amount must include full insurance amount. Is it true??

The 55% he said will claim and issue cheque back to me.. Something like that.

Im renting a condo for merely 2 months and now due to work I have to swift to another location. Tenancy signed is 1 year.

My friend is interested to take over the tenancy since he work nearby to the condo. Anyone here can en-light me what is the legal process to change name on tenancy agreement? Is that legally allowed to?

Bypass aircond heater

my car is a potong inspira 2.0.

lately when i drive around for more than 30mins. my aircond will starts blowing hot air into cabin. Passenger side aircond vent will blow hot air, driver side vent will blow cold air.

I sent to check and was inform by mechanic that since my aircond comes with heater, the distribution flap for cold air and hot air might not working properly. Thus, blowing hot air and cold air at the same time.

As taking out the whole dashboard is hell of work, he suggest to bypass the water hose into heater. Sort of install a "U shape" pipe at both end - disabling the heating component. this can be done in engine bay.

According to the mech this mod is pretty normal for foreign car.

Anyone done this modification to your car before? just like to know any feedback

Disbursement Fees issue

im buying a new launch RM430,000 property in subang with 90% loan. As offer, the developer cover legal fees on S&A & loan agreement.

But i will have to pay for the disbursement fee for S&P and loan agreement (is it normal not covered?). And i was told by the property agent that the disbursement amount would be around RM4,000 +/- !

I check with some online loan calculator and found that disbursement fees should not more than RM2,000 for this loan amount.

Is that any standard percentage on how they charges this fees? Am i being overcharged? Any sifu can advice on this?
