Let say my target house is around 150K and my current salary around 5k amount with comitment around 1.2k (for myvi car loan + my 1st home loan). my ccris and my loan payment also very good without have any pending payment in last 3 year. hi all... i am want to asking an opinion here.. i am planning to buy a house under prima project. Im curious which it better direct buy from developer which is refer to their sales person or i can directly go to sales agent that cover prima project as i saw many agent cover prima project around malaysia? is it any additional charge by agent compare with the developer sales peraon? Hi. Just asking an opinion. I'm 31 year old and my current net salary now is RM4400. My monthly comitment for now is RM570 for car, RM680 for my apartment house in malacca, my study loan RM170. That all the comitment that related with my ccris. But other than that, i also allocated my monthly allowance to my mom which is for now i give her RM450. And also my monthly room rental which is RM350. For my insurance is RM170 and also for my ASB account, i allocated RM100 each month.

So, for the fix total commitment montly around RM2490. And after deduct with my salary, balance available is RM1910. All the balance for my salary is for entertainment, my petrol and also for my food.

So, what i need opinion is, with my current commitment right now and also the balance available in my salary, is it possible to me planning to buy a house in selangor or kl which is i target to apply the house under rumah selangorku or rumawip and my target is below that 250K? Is it the target too impossible to achieve.

FYI, i dont use any credit card and also my current apartment hosue in malacca now in the middle to become a rent house which is i planning to convert it as my monthly income. Please advise for my planning. Thanks

Hi all. Just to ask any recommendation here for the best dermatologist around KL/Selangor that provided a acne scar treatment on my face. I expectation for this treatment it help to improve my face skin condition although i know that i can never expect the acne scar will totally disappear from my face. My acne scar on my face are quite bad due previous acne symptom that i facing almost 15 years.

For acne treatment, i take almost 2-3 year to completely control the acne on my face at skin clinic at melaka. But after that, i try do some laser treatment and also chemical peeling at that clinic, seem the scar still same and still don't have any improvement. That why i decide to try to other dermatologist

I'm looking environment that suitable to park the car although in open space. Let say that i have signed a house loan offer letter from Bank A, but not signed Loan agreement, neither the S&P.

1 month later (not sign loan agreement and S&P), bank B provide better offer, and hence wish to cancel offer from bank A.

Is this possible? will bank A charge penalty fee although the loan agreement not sign?

Hi. Just for asking for opinion for anybody here. If i planning to get the laser treatment for my acne scar on my face, how long of day will effect of peeling skin will clear? Since my job is required me to see a client, so need to get the rough estimation of day the peeling will appear after do a laser treatment for my skin. I plan to do it on this week on Friday since there are 4 day is free before i start the work on next Tuesday.
